The industry’s first standard design-builder project agreement between parties desiring to form a team for the purpose of submitting a design-build bid or proposal to an Owner. Design-build projects are where an Owner of the construction project expects the Design-Builder to provide design services (Basic and possibly Additional Services) as well as the building services. One Team Member serves the role as Team Leader for the purposes of compiling and submitting the Proposal, as well as for negotiation of the Owner Agreement, if awarded. This teaming agreement has the flexibility for those team members to include a Design Professional, Constructors (aka builder, general contractor, design-builder, construction manager), or others.
