Subscriptions
ConsensusDOCS offers two subscription options that allow you to use, edit and update ConsensusDOCS contracts to fit your needs, when you need them. Multiple contract packages are available, from strictly short forms to the complete package of over 90 standardized documents.
If you currently have a ConsensusDOCS subscription and would like to purchase an additional series, please call 1-866-925-DOCS (3627).
Annual Subscription
A one-time fee provides unlimited access to the selected contracts documents package for one year from date of purchase. All subscription packages include access to updated documents and new releases as soon as they are available, as well as unlimited printing of contracts. Several subscription packages are available to meet your contract needs:

Meter Mode
Pay only for the specific contract document you need, when you need it. Requires a non-refundable $250 account deposit, with document charges debited from the account. Effective January 7, 2011: Meter Mode accounts will expire after one year if not replenished within one year of most recent purchase or replenishment. Account funds may be replenished in $50 increments.

ConsensusDOCS subscribers can access 7 documents from within the Paskr Project Management Suite including: ConsensusDOCS 205, 280, 292, 450, 460, 703 and 751.
ConsensusDOCS and Paskr will continue to work together to incorporate the complete library of 90+ ConsensusDOCS contract documents within the Paskr software. Simply provide Paskr with a copy of your ConsensusDOCS receipt to unlock the ConsensusDOCS documents you purchased for use within the Paskr program. Learn more about Paskr at www.paskr.com.
