D/B 135,000 SF Elementary School Pre-K-5th grade; 46 classrooms, three stories, utilizing New Jersey School Development Corporation (NJSDA) “Kit of Parts” design criteria and Materials and Systems Standards, Performance Specifications, and Program Outline/Description. This was the first of dozens of Design/Build Schools the NJSDA will be constructing over a multi-year $Billion+ program. Hall Construction CCo., Inc. is under five Design/Build Contracts with the NJSDA.
