Project Description
New Construction of 8,000 sf Medical Office Facility; Bldg. includes 6 patient exam rooms, 2 consulting rooms, phlebotomy & lab rooms, Ultrasound RM, Spas & Gym area and bariatric accessible restrooms
Scope of Work included extensive site prep & de-mucking to prepare site pad, interior wall finish to level 5, installation of water feature at front desk area, plumbing prep for installation of a several hundred gallon fish tank, EIFS exterior finish and architectural arched parapets on roof.
