This building is one of the first in Houston to be contracted with the new ConsensusDocs. The office building is 22,000 SF: 55 percent will be used by Slack & Co. Contracting, Inc; and 25 percent will be used by Communications Plus. The remaining 20 percent is common areas for use by both companies and includes a large training/conference room that will be offered to local professional organizations for additional meeting space.
