The ConsensusDocs Coalition was founded in 2007 under the leadership of 20 organizations in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, with one goal in mind: to transform construction by developing contracts and documents that protect the best interests of the project. In order to do so, the ConsensusDocs Coalition created a process dependent upon — trust, collaboration, and innovation.

Our Coalition consists now of over 40 national associations, including AGC (Associated General Contractors of America), ABC (Association of Builders and Contractors), COAA (Construction Owners Association of America), ASA (American Subcontractors Association), MCAA (Mechanical Contractors Association of America), and many others representing more than 300,000 companies and individual members in the design and construction industry.

It's through that lens and unity that we are committed to assuring that the contracts and products created serve the best interests of the project and the industry.
