500 Series: CM At-Risk

The CM At-Risk 500 Series documents address the contractual relationship between an Owner wishing to contract with a Construction Manager. Included in this series with the Owner/CM prime agreements is the new ConsensusDocs 541 Design Assist Agreement, an industry-first document that creates a contractual structure to better coordinate design professionals, construction managers, and subcontractors in developing and constructing design documents.
