Change Order - 202

This contract document is used to formalize changes in the work on a project and adjust time and price of the contract. Common causes for use of a change order are incorrect estimates of a project’s work, environmental factors such as extreme weather, and additions to the scope of a project’s work. Both parties sign this mutually acceptable adjustment to time or price or both. This is the most used administrative document.
