Owner and Constructor Agreement for Public Works - 210

This contract document is a modified version of a ConsensusDocs 200 Agreement and General Conditions Between Owner and Constructor, tailored specifically for public works projects. For instance, this contract document does not have reciprocal indemnification obligations on behalf of the Owner of the construction project, but instead the Constructor (aka builder, general contractor, design-bid-builder, construction manager) promises to indemnify (defend and hold harmless against all losses) the Owner of the construction site without limitation. This contract document also has an option for unit prices in addition to the lump sum fixed fee price.
