Statement of Qualifications - 221

This prequalification statement is issued by the Owner of a construction project to request qualifications from potential Constructors (aka builder, general contractor, design-builder, construction manager) for a specific project. This contract document allows Owners of a construction project to obtain the qualifications of potential Constructors for a construction projects. Qualifications include information that pertains to a Constructor’s past projects, experience, current projects, business structure, bonding capacity, personnel, references, financial information, licensing, and safety program. This contract document gives potential Constructors an opportunity to establish positive communication and trust with the Owner.
