Design-Builder Statement of Qualifications - 421

This is an industry first design-build qualifications document. This document helps Owners of the construction project request qualifications of potential Design-Builders to shortlist and negotiate or bid design-build projects. Design-build projects are where an Owner of the construction project expects the Design-Builder to provide design services (Basic and possibly Additional Services) as well as the building services. This prequalification statement contract document allows Owners of a construction project to obtain information regarding a Design-Builder’s design personnel, construction personnel, past and current projects. Information about safety program, past accidents and safety violations, bankruptcies, disqualifications, financial history, and bond capacity is required.
