Standard Project Work Order - 756

This new project work order (PWO) provides the project specific information needed to complete the 755 ConsensusDocs Standard Master Subcontract. Project specific information includes definition of the subcontract work scope, insurance and bonding requirements, if applicable. A PWO is also commonly called a work order or task order in the A/E/C industry. The PWO provides a mechanism for project specific employees to negotiate project specific terms without involving a more formal comprehensive legal review of all terms and conditions, such as indemnification, consequential damages, and dispute resolutions procedures, applicable to the project as they are fixed in the 755 Master Subcontract.
