Are You Receiving Communications from ConsensusDocs?

ConsensusDocs regularly communicates with our users via email via two types of emails: 

(1) Platform-generated Emails

(2) Marketing, sales and newsletters Emails

Platform-generated Emails

Platform-generated emails are very important for users, and will come from These emails are generated based on the specific actions of an individual account.  A few examples are:

  • “Registration” email
  • “Purchase Confirmation” email
  • “Forgot Password” email
  • “Collaboration” email

It is critical that you receive these emails in order to best use the ConsensusDocs Platform.

Not Receiving ConsensusDocs Emails?

Unfortunately, we have learned that some of you are not receiving these important communications.  Our research has shown that these errors are usually from three main causes:

(1) Your company spam blocker, junk folder, or quarantine manager is blocking these important emails and you must “permit” or “allow” these communications

(2) You have opted out of receiving any ConsensusDocs emails; or

(3) Your account contains out-of-date or inaccurate contact information.

All of these issues are easily remedied.  For those of you who are being blocked by a MS Outlook Quarantine Manger, mark ConsensusDocs emails as “not spam.”

Marketing emails

Marketing emails come from These emails are announcements regarding topics such as:

  • Free Webinars
  • Upcoming Events
  • Newsletters
  • Promotions

If you opted out of receiving ConsensusDocs marketing emails and wish to opt back in, please send an email to  If your account has out-of-date contact information, simply go to the My Information tab on and update your contact information.

If you want to unsubscribe from marketing emails, simply click the link at the bottom of any marketing email (see image below). Note you will still receive Platform-generated emails as these are critical to your account.
