800 Series: Program Management
The 800 Series Program Management documents primarily address the contractual relationship between an Owner to a Program Manager, Owner’s representative, or CM as Agent. This series also contains documents allowing an Owner to directly hire a Trade Contractor or Consultant for a given project. Supporting administrative documents for these relationships such as change orders, certificates of completion, and interim directed changes can also be found in this series.
