The ConsensusDocs 203 can be used as a unilateral order issued by the Owner of the construction project for changes needed in the work to be performed by the Constructor (aka builder, general contractor, design-builder, construction manager) when a ConsensusDocs 202 Change Order has not been agreed upon.
