GMP & Completion Dates - 410.1

This amendment document is to be used as an amendment (added document) to a ConsensusDocs 410 Agreement and General Conditions Between Owner and Designer (Cost of Work with GMP). This amendment document sets the guaranteed maximum price (GMP) for the project, date of substantial completion, and date of final completion. This amendment document also allows for exhibits to be included that address issues such as specifications, allowance items, assumptions and clarifications, schedule of work, alternate prices, unit prices, and Additional Services.
