Express Package

The Express Package allows for access to a few select short form prime and subcontract agreements as well as administrative contract documents included. Mostly used for small construction projects as well as administrative documents, such as change orders, purchase orders, contractor qualification statements, insurance bonding forms, and payment applications. This package is ideal for practitioners who only need a limited number of contract documents for smaller projects. Unlike the Express Package Pay Per Document, there is no additional fee to finalize a document included in the package .
