200 Series: General Contracting
The 200 General Contracting Series documents primarily address the contractual relationship between an Owner looking to contract with a Constructor for a given project. Also included are agreements between Owner and certain specialty contractors, in both long and short form. Supporting administrative documents such as change orders, payment and performance bonds, schedule of values, payment applications, and qualifications statements are also part of this series.
